Building/Roof Inspection: $280 per flight.
Construction Job Site inspection: $280 per flight.
Land Surveillance: $280 per flight
Charter Yacht/Powerboat Aerials: $350 per hour.

The rates for Real Estate services are listed per property:
Interior and Exterior: $280* - $300**
Interior and Exterior with Aerial package: $350* - $450**
*For 1-2 bedroom properties.
** For 3+ bedroom properties.
Portraits
The going rate for portrait photography are as followed:
Portraits/Head Shots: $200/hr.
Portraits with beauty retouches: $250/hr.
Group of 3-6: $250/hr.
Group of 7+: $300/hr
Events (Birthdays, Graduations, etc): $300/hr.

Exterior Only: $80 per vehicle.
Interior Only: $80 per vehicle.
Interior and Exterior: $150 per vehicle.

Interior and Exterior with Aerial: $220 per vehicle.
